Головний прапор України вирішили тимчасово приспустити на 10 метрів – КМДА
Головний прапор України, розташований на київських схилах, приспустять через сильний вітер, заявив заступник голови КМДА Вячеслав Непоп.
«Спостерігаємо погіршення погодних умов – сила вітру місцями досягає 15-20 м/с. Через це вже оголошено перший рівень небезпеки. Тож, аби прапор не пошкодило, його приспустять на час негоди», – заявив Непоп.
За його словами, спускати прапор повністю не будуть: фахівці стверджують, що достатньо приспустити його на 10 метрів. А після покращення погоди прапор повернуть на місце.
Споруда флагштока є найбільшою в Україні, висота флагштока – майже 90 метрів, вага – 32 тонни. Розмір полотнища прапора – 16 на 24 метри.

За даними Укргідрометцентру, в наступні дві доби у більшості південних, центральних та північних областей очікується сніг, в Одеській, Миколаївській, Кіровоградській, Черкаській та Полтавській областях значний мокрий сніг, налипання мокрого снігу, на дорогах ожеледиця; на південному сході країни дощі, в західних областях без істотних опадів; у південній частині пориви вітру 15-20 м/с; температура вночі та вдень від 3° морозу до 3° тепла, у східних та південно-східних областях 2-8° тепла.

«Сповнений сил і енергії»: у Меджлісі заявили, що Балух повністю одужав
Голова Меджлісу кримськотатарського народу Рефат Чубаров заявив, що колишній політв’язень Кремля, кримчанин Володимир Балух повністю одужав після побиття, в результаті якого торік зазнав тяжких травм.
«Був радий сьогоднішній зустрічі в офісі Меджлісу кримськотатарського народу з Володимиром Балухом. Володя абсолютно видужав та сповнений сил і енергії», – повідомив Чубаров у фейсбуці.
Він розмістив фото у товаристві з Володимиром Балухом та Ахтемом Чийгозом.
Інформації, як свій стан здоров’я оцінює сам Балух або його лікарі, немає. На початку грудня минулого року Володимир Балух казав, що у нього ще запланована операція і що він проходить реабілітацію.
Про те, що Володимира Балуха побили, стало відомо вранці 8 вересня 2020 року. Поліція Києва кваліфікувала це як розбій. За даними поліції, Балух 7 вересня у компанії 10-15 осіб відпочивав у одному із закладів на території Гідропарку, востаннє його бачили близько півночі. Вранці активіст був госпіталізований у важкому стані. 18 вересня поліція затримала підозрюваного в нападі, 19 вересня суд його заарештував.

US Senate Republicans Edge Away from Trump Impeachment Conviction
U.S. Senate Republicans appear to be edging away from convicting former President Donald Trump of inciting insurrection in the January 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol by hundreds of Trump supporters who looked to confront lawmakers as they debated certifying Joe Biden as the winner of the November election.All 100 senators — 50 Democrats and 50 Republicans — are being sworn in Tuesday as jurors in Trump’s impeachment trial, although the heart of the case has been put off until February 9.The Republican lawmakers hold Trump’s fate in their hands, even though the former president’s four-year term in the White House ended January 20 with Biden’s inauguration.A two-thirds vote is needed for conviction, meaning 17 Republicans would have to turn against Trump for a conviction, assuming all 50 Democrats vote as a bloc. Електронний лікарняний запрацює в Україні у квітні – Федоров
Міністерство цифрової трансформації запустить електронний лікарняний у квітні, повідломив віцепрем’єр, міністр цифрової трансформації Михайло Федоров у Telegram-каналі.
«У квітні ми запускаємо нові цифрові продукти в «Дії» на Diia Summit. Це будуть революційні послуги, над якими команда Мінцифри працює 24/7», – повідомив Федоров.
Зокрема, Мінцифри запровадить електронний лікарняний, який замінить паперовий лікарняний на електронний листок непрацездатності, а також на портал «Дія» додадуть кабінет платника податків, де з’являться податкові онлайн-послуги.
Мінцифри, каже Федоров, також запровадить послугу «Дія ID» – цифровий підпис, який полегшить отримання послуг онлайн, де кожен зможе підписувати документи в смартфоні, отримувати адміністративні та фінансові послуги.
Також буде доступна зміна місця реєстрації онлайн.
«Зміна місця реєстрації онлайн (найпопулярніша послуга в Україні). Ще наприкінці 2020 прийняли постанову, яка впроваджує експериментальний проєкт з реєстрації та зняття з реєстрації місця проживання в електронному форматі», – додав посадовець.
За словами Федорова, на портал «Дія» додадуть нові будівельні онлайн-послуги – початок виконання будівельних робіт та введення в експлуатацію об’єктів класу СС2 і СС3. Крім того, з’явиться автоматична реєстрація бізнесу – автоматична реєстрація послуг для ФОП онлайн.
Федоров підкреслив, що вже готуються відповідні зміни до законодавства про реєстрацію ФОП без участі реєстратора.
У липні минулого року Міністерство охорони здоров’я повідомило, що у тестовому режимі запускає електронні лікарняні на базі сервісу Пенсійного фонду. Перед тим, на початку березня Мін’юст запровадив «особливий порядок» видачі лікарняних через COVID-19.

On Key Biden Priorities, There is Room for Bipartisan Agreement, Experts Say
Less than one week into the administration of President Joe Biden, much of the talk in Washington is focused on the dysfunction on Capitol Hill, a spate of executive orders from the new president, and the looming impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump. None of the three bodes well for bipartisan cooperation so pessimism might seem justified. However, when experts look at the major policy areas that Biden identified in last week’s inaugural address, there are at least some areas where agreement across the aisle is a real possibility. Coronavirus rescue package The Biden administration came out of the gate with a request for $1.9 trillion in spending on various programs related to the coronavirus pandemic, including major economic stimulus spending and a large investment in federal infrastructure to get the vaccine to as many Americans as it can, as quickly as it can. FILE – Then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, left, and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer are seen during a joint session of Congress in the House chamber in Washington, Jan. 6, 2021.Republicans on Capitol Hill were quick to label the proposal “dead on arrival” because of its price tag, but some observers believe their initial reluctance might be overcome by the reality of the country’s economic situation. “I think that even though people are calling it dead on arrival, there’s a lot in this bill that’s probably going to make it,” said Howard Gleckman, a senior fellow in the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. Few lawmakers, he said, are going to want to stand in the way of programs meant to get people inoculated against the virus, and while there will probably be some arguing about the size of stimulus payments, the popularity of that part of the proposal will make it difficult to kill off entirely. On tax policy specifically, Gleckman believes there is considerable bipartisan agreement on a number of proposals that might turn up in the relief package or a follow-on bill. There is support for expanding the tax credit that filers receive for children under their care and for expanding the Earned Income Tax Credit to childless workers. Gleckman said that Biden’s Made In America tax credit, meant to spur domestic manufacturing, will also likely have bipartisan support. Immigration policy As with trade policy, Biden will confront a GOP that has made a sharp change of course on matters of immigration over the past several years. The Republican establishment had, for decades, been largely supportive of immigration, seeing it as a driver of economic demand and a source of lower-cost labor. That began to change even before Trump, but the party took an even more aggressive anti-immigration stance under the former president. For example, the Biden proposal would seek to streamline and expand the process for bringing skilled workers into the country — a move that could earn support from Republicans with ties to the business community. Those less enthusiastic about immigration might support other initiatives, such as a proposal to allow the Department of Homeland Security to vary the number of green cards issued each year depending on economic conditions. “This is actually something that the Migration Policy Institute has been advocating for years, because it doesn’t make sense that our immigration [volume] is set by law,” Pierce said. “It should be flexible and maintain a relationship with market conditions within the United States.” Another Biden proposal, to increase the wages paid to temporary workers, could appeal to some who have opposed guest worker programs on the theory that migrant labor tends to drive down the wages of competing U.S. workers.
Potential bipartisan agreement on immigration reform has limits, however. Biden’s most ambitious proposal, an eight-year path to citizenship for millions of undocumented immigrants, mirrors efforts that withered and died in Congress during both the former Obama and George W. Bush administrations. Climate change With the exception of a few outliers, Republicans in the House and Senate oppose most of the major climate initiatives that Biden and the majority of the Democratic Party are advocating. The announcement that on his first day in office Biden had recommitted the U.S. to the Paris Climate Agreement, for instance, was met with angry denunciations from multiple Republican members of Congress. FILE – Then-U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry holding his granddaughter, Isabelle Dobbs-Higginson, signs the book during the signature ceremony for the Paris Agreement at the United Nations General Assembly Hall, April 22, 2016, in New York.However, the GOP’s objections to dealing with climate change are regularly overridden when they conflict with national security interests, said Erin Sikorsky, deputy director of the Center for Climate and Security. “In the past four years, you’ve actually seen that the House and Senate have passed pragmatic climate security legislation, usually through the National Defense Authorization Act each year, and so I think that’s definitely an area where the Biden administration can find bipartisan consensus with Congress,” she said. This will be cold comfort to most environmental activists, however, as the measures are largely reactive rather than proactive, including steps like making military bases more resistant to extreme weather and funding programs that allow climate scientists to interact with the intelligence community. Trade policy The debate over trade has shifted dramatically in the four years since Joe Biden last served in the White House as vice president. Under Trump, the GOP radically reshaped its position on trade, following the former president’s lead by supporting tariffs and protectionism. That, perhaps surprisingly, makes trade one of the areas ripest for bipartisan cooperation. “Trade is an issue on which, in terms of actual policy, the incoming Biden administration is closer to Trump than on most other, or maybe nearly all other, issues,” said Gary Hufbauer, a senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. Within the Biden administration, he said, the prevailing view is that “the goal of trade should not be foremost to follow the law of comparative advantage and try to enlarge two-way commerce, but rather to advance labor, environmental and human rights and, as needed, protect jobs.” FILE – Visitors chat near American and Chinese flags displayed at a booth for an American company promoting environmental sensors during the China International Import Expo in Shanghai, Nov. 7, 2019.Biden has appointed Katherine Tai, a trade attorney who speaks Mandarin and has a history of challenging the trade practices of the Chinese government, as U.S. Trade Representative. Her past support for tough-on-China policies has earned her bipartisan support in Congress. Early indications also suggest that the Biden administration may believe, as many trade economists do, that the center of power in international trade has moved away from the World Trade Organization and toward a network of individual trade agreements, many of them bilateral. A lingering question will be the U.S. position with regard to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), a pact that creates a massive free trade zone in the Pacific region. Trump withdrew the U.S. from the accord, which had been largely negotiated by the Obama administration, a move that was supported by many Democrats. However, now the United Kingdom and China are both looking to join the CPTPP. The participation of two more major U.S. trading partners in the accord — and especially China — may leave Biden’s team wondering whether it wouldn’t be preferable to have a seat at the table as a counter to Chinese influence.

За Зеленського готові проголосувати менш ніж 20% українців – КМІС
На виборах за чинного президента України Володимира Зеленського готові проголосувати 19,8% українців, йдеться в дослідженні Київського міжнародного інституту соціології.
У другий тур з ним би вийшов п’ятий президент України та лідер «Європейської солідарності» Петро Порошенко. Його готові підтримати 15,7% тих, хто визначився зі своєю кандидатурою на президентських виборах.
За даними КМІС, у другому турі Зеленського підтримали б 55,2%, а Порошенка – 44,8%.
Далі в президентському рейтингу йдуть лідерка «Батьківщини» Юлія Тимошенко (11,9%), лідер «Опозиційної платформи – За життя» Юрій Бойко (11%) та лідер «Сили і честі» Ігор Смешко.
Опитування проводили 22 січня методом телефонних інтерв’ю з використанням комп’ютера. У ньому взяли участь 1005 респондентів. Статистична похибка вибірки не перевищує: 3,1% – для показників, близьких до 50%, 2,7% – для показників, близьких до 25%, 2,1% – для показників, близьких до 12%, 1,4% – для показників, близьких до 5%.

Юриста однієї з найбільших українських компаній-провайдерів судитимуть за держзраду – Офіс генпрокурора
Офіс генерального прокурора скерував до суду обвинувальний акт стосовно юриста однієї з найбільших українських холдингових компаній-провайдерів за фактом державної зради. Про це повідомила пресслужба Офісу генпрокурора.
«За даними слідства, власник української компанії, яка надає спектр IT-послуг для великих корпоративних клієнтів, державних структур, провайдерів і операторів телекомунікацій, малого і середнього бізнесу та фізичних осіб, за попередньою змовою із юристом вказаної компанії та за пособництва громадянина РФ, підключили телекомунікаційні мережі вказаної юридичної особи до Системи оперативно-розшукових заходів», – йдеться в повідомленні.
В Офісі генпрокурора пояснили, що ця система здійснює моніторинг та зберігання конфіденційних даних користувачів в інтернеті на території Криму в інтересах ФСБ Росії.
«Також IT-компанія надала доступ до мережі апаратно-програмного комплексу «Ревізор», що призначений для блокування доступу до інформаційних ресурсів, контенту та сайтів в мережі Інтернет, перелік яких визначено «Роскомнадзором», в тому числі офіційних державних інформаційних ресурсів України», – розповіли в пресслужбі.
В Офісі генпрокурора також зазначили, що розміщення цього обладнання та збереження на ньому інформації надає можливість Росії і окремим підрозділам ФСБ РФ та їх представникам отримати доступ до змісту спілкування та відомостей щодо місцезнаходження абонентів, які перебувають у Криму.
«Дана інформація використовується спецслужбами для виявлення та переслідування осіб, які не згодні зі зміною меж території України та окупацією Криму, а також для протидії законній діяльності правоохоронних та інших державних органів на території України», – мовиться в повідомленні.
Матеріали щодо власника компанії, який надавав іноземній організації допомогу у проведенні підривної діяльності проти України, виділили в окреме провадження. Досудове розслідування зупинили у зв’язку з розшуком підозрюваного, зауважили в Офісі генпрокурора.

US Senate to Vote on Blinken Nomination as Secretary of State
The U.S. Senate is scheduled to vote Tuesday on the nomination of Antony Blinken to be the country’s next secretary of state. At a confirmation hearing last week, Blinken said he is ready to confront the challenges posed by China, Iran, Russia and North Korea. US House Lawmakers Deliver Article of Impeachment to Senate
U.S. senators will be sworn in Tuesday as judges and jurors in the impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump. The trial itself will not begin until the week of February 8, after Democratic and Republican leaders agreed to a short delay in order to give both the lawmakers who will serve as prosecutors and Trump’s defense team time to prepare. The extra time will also allow the Senate a chance to confirm more of President Joe Biden’s Cabinet nominees. House lawmakers who will serve as trial prosecutors made a ceremonial walk to the Senate chamber Monday evening to deliver the articles of impeachment charging Trump with inciting insurrection in connection with the storming of the U.S. Capitol by a mob of his supporters earlier this month. The assault sent lawmakers scrambling for safety and resulted in the deaths of five people. Діти знімались у новорічному ролику Зеленського кілька годин з дотриманням закону – Дитячий омбудсмен
Уповноважений президента України з прав дитини Микола Кулеба, у відповідь на запит Радіо Свобода, прокоментував, чи було порушення прав дітей під час зйомок новорічного вітання Володимира Зеленського.
Дитячий омбудсмен спростував інформацію, яку після Нового року поширювали медіа та соцмережі про те, що юні актори знімались до третьої години ночі.
«Діти, які брали участь у зйомках, у супроводі батьків були запрошені знімальною групою на визначений час 27 грудня саме на ту частину зйомок, у якій вони були задіяні. Зйомки за участю дітей тривали кілька годин з дотриманням вимог чинного законодавства», – повідомили в офісі дитячого омбудсмена.
Зйомки ролика відбулися в Маріїнському палаці та на площі перед ним, додали у відповіді на запит.
Радник керівника Офісу президента Михайло Подоляк у коментарі «Укрінформ» також наголошував, що порушення закону не було. Батьки надали всі необхідні дозволи на зоймку, і від жодного з батьків не надходили претензії у бік знімальної групи, казав він.
У новорічну ніч українці побачили звернення президента Володимира Зеленського, участь у зйомках якого брали діти. Після цього у соцмережах поширись скріншоти оголошень про відповідний кастинг, який буцімто проводила агенція «Лот». Для зйомок немов би шукали дівчаток і хлопчиків 5-8 років, запис мав відбутись 27-28 грудня за одну-дві зміни.
В оголошенні йошлось про те, що дітям за роботу обіцяли по 500 гривень. За оприлюдненими медіа данними, зйомки відбувались із 18 години вечора до третьої годин ночі, і це суперечило би трудовому законодавству, адже заборонено залучати дітей до такої роботи пізно ввечері та вночі.

US Justice Department Watchdog to Probe Possible Election Meddling
The independent watchdog at the U.S. Justice Department said Monday he is launching an investigation into whether anyone at the agency “engaged in an improper attempt” to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election. «Тиха хода пам’яті»: у Львові провели акцію на честь Героїв Небесної сотні
У Львові 25 січня відбулася «Тиха хода пам’яті» на честь Героїв Небесної сотні. Десятки людей із лампадками у руках пройшлися вулицями міста до меморіалу пам’яті.
«Через карантин ми перенесли захід із 22 січня, як це було традиційно, на 25-те. Але сьогодні, так склалося символічно, маємо річницю загибелі Романа Сеника з Львівщини. Він 22 січня був поранений, а 25-го помер у київському шпиталі. Дуже символічно, але перші дві смерті на Майдані – це мешканці нашого регіону. Для нас важливо сьогодні згадати тих, хто був поранений на Майдані, хто загинув, хто поліг на Донбасі, захищаючи країну. Мені складно говорити про ці події, бо я – дочка Героя Небесної сотні і працівниця музею Гідності у Львові, але я стараюсь не керуватися емоціями. Однак мені образливо, коли люди забувають, що стільки загинули на Майдані. Мені це болить. Мій обов’язок згадувати і пам’ятати», – говорить Андріяна Дигдалович, донька вбитого на Майдані Андрія Дигдаловича.
40-річний Андрій Дигдалович 20 лютого загинув від кулі снайпера. Він був активним учвсником Революції Гідності.
У ході взяли участь родини Героїв Небесної сотні Львівщини, учасники Революції Гідності, представники вірменських і білоруських спільнот. На території Меморіалу пам’яті відбувся молебень за всіх загиблих під час Революції Гідності.
Під час сутичок на Майдані 18-21 лютого загинуло 13 жителів Львова та області. Львів’янин, науковець Юрій Вербицький був викрадений і вбитий 21-22 січня 2014 року у Бориспільському районі.
21 листопада 2013 року в Україні почався Євромайдан. Він став відповіддю на рішення влади зупинити підготовку до підписання Угоди про асоціацію з ЄС. Протести набули більших масштабів після розгону 30 листопада і тривали до лютого 2014 року. Силовики кілька разів намагалися розігнати учасників протестів.
За даними прокуратури, всього під час Революції гідності постраждали 2,5 тисячі людей, 104 із них загинули – більшість у лютому 2014 року. Згодом загиблих учасників акцій протесту почали називати Небесною сотнею. За даними Міністерства внутрішніх справ, від 18 лютого по 2 березня 2014 року під час виконання службових обов’язків у центрі Києва загинули також 17 силовиків.

US Supreme Court Ends Trump Emoluments Lawsuits
The Supreme Court on Monday brought an end to lawsuits over whether Donald Trump illegally profited off his presidency.The justices threw out Trump’s challenge to lower court rulings that had allowed lawsuits to go forward alleging that he violated the Constitution’s emoluments clause by accepting payments from foreign and domestic officials who stay at the Trump International Hotel and patronize other businesses owned by the former president and his family.The high court also ordered the lower court rulings thrown out as well and directed appeals courts in New York and Richmond, Virginia, to dismiss the suits as moot now that Trump is no longer in office.The outcome leaves no judicial opinions on the books in an area of the law that has been rarely explored in U.S. history. The cases involved suits filed by Maryland and the District of Columbia, and high-end restaurants and hotels in New York and Washington, D.C., that “found themselves in the unenviable position of having to compete with businesses owned by the President of the United States.”The suits sought financial records showing how much state and foreign governments have paid the Trump Organization to stay and eat at Trump-owned properties.Other cases involving Trump remain before the Supreme Court, or in lower courts.Trump is trying to block the Manhattan district attorney ‘s enforcement of a subpoena for his tax returns. Lower courts are weighing congressional subpoenas for Trump’s financial records. And the justices also have before them Trump’s appeal of a decision forbidding him from blocking critics on his Twitter account. Like the emoluments cases, Trump’s appeal would seem to be moot now that he is out of office and also had his Twitter account suspended.

Biden to Sign Order Promoting Government Purchase of US Goods
U.S. President Joe Biden is signing an order Monday strengthening the national government’s commitment to buy American-made goods at a time when the world’s largest economy is slowing because of the coronavirus pandemic.While all U.S. leaders have committed the government to Buy American programs, the White House said Biden’s order would “close loopholes that allow companies to offshore production and jobs while still qualifying for domestic preferences.”The White House said the Biden order “will ensure that the federal government is investing taxpayer dollars in American businesses—both small and large,” including from entrepreneurs and businesses owned by minorities.“The dollars the federal government spends on goods and services are a powerful tool to support American workers and manufacturers,” the White House said, with contracting alone accounting for nearly $600 billion in federal spending.The White House said Biden’s order would direct federal agencies to close loopholes in the definition of American products to make certain they have been sufficiently manufactured in the United States to qualify as an American-made product.It said Biden would name an official in the Office of Management and Budget to oversee the government’s Buy American plan and increase oversight of waivers that in the past have been granted to domestic preference laws.“This order is deeply intertwined with the President’s commitment to invest in American manufacturing, including clean energy and critical supply chains, grow good-paying, union jobs, and advance racial equity,” the White House said.Biden’s Buy America order is the latest in a string of executive orders he has signed in his first five days in office since assuming power last Wednesday from former President Donald Trump.Biden has overturned an array of Trump policies, including announcing U.S. intentions to rejoin the international Paris climate change accord and stay in the World Health Organization, lifting the ban on transgender people serving in the U.S. armed forces and halting funding for construction of Trump’s wall along the Mexican border.In addition, Biden has sought to ramp up production of vaccines to curb the spread of the coronavirus and ordered people to wear face masks while on federal property and while using mass transportation.

З 1994 року рівень забруднення повітря в Києві знижується – обсерваторія Срезневського
Рівень забруднення повітря в Києві має чітку тенденцію до зниження з 1994 року. Такі дані надали у Центральній геофізичній обсерваторії імені Бориса Срезневського у відповідь на запит Радіо Свобода.
«Якщо оцінювати 30-річний період спостережень (з 1990 по 2020 роки), то рівень забруднення повітря в м. Київ має чітку тенденцію до зниження з 1994 року. А далі загальний рівень забруднення суттєво не змінювався, коливаючись у межах від 6,0 у 2001 р до 10,6 – у 2018 р», – йдеться в повідомленні.
В обсерваторії додали, що Київ перебуває серед 39 міст України, де на сьогодні гідрометеорологічними організаціями ДСНС України проводиться постійний моніторинг якості повітря. Також столиця входить у список міст з найбільшим рівнем забруднення атмосферного повітря. Серед 11-12 міст цього списку Київ займає 6-7 місце.
В ЦГО зазначили, що у повітрі в Києві виявили 20 забруднювальних домішок, з них основні – завислі речовини (пил), діоксид сірки, оксид вуглецю, діоксид азоту і оксид азоту та специфічні домішки – розчинні сульфати, сipководень, фенол, фтористий водень, хлористий водень, аміак, формальдегід, важкі метали (залiзо, кадмiй, манган, мiдь, нiкель, свинець, хpом, цинк).
У 2020 році повітря міста було найбільш забруднене діоксидом азоту (перевищував норму втричі) та формальдегідом (збільшено концентрацію в 1,7 раза), розповіли в обсерваторії.
«Щоденні автомобільні «корки» на вулицях столиці підвищують рівень вмісту токсичних газів у атмосфері. Скорочення площ зелених насаджень, заміна скверів на висотні будинки ніяк не сприяють поліпшенню стану атмосфери, скорочуючи її спроможність до самоочищення», – заявили в ЦГО.
В обсерваторії вважають, що для покращання чистоти повітря передусім необхідно проводити будівництво мостів, транспортних розв’язок, збільшувати площу зелених насаджень, проводити перевірки роботи двигунів автомобілів та інші заходи.

Влада Ірану блокує месенджер Signal – аналітики
Іран, ймовірно, блокує приватний зашифрований месенджер Signal – про це свідчать дані аналітичного щомісячного видання Peivast, оприлюднені 25 січня.
Раніше цього ж дня на блокування месенджера вказала Відкрита обсерваторія втручання в роботу мереж (OONI).
«Сьогодні Іран, схоже, почав блокувати застосунок Signal», – йдеться в повідомленні організації.
14 січня Signal зник з локальних платформ для застосунків після того, як фільтраційний комітет Ірану, за повідомленнями, визнав його таким, що поширює «злочинний вміст».
Влада не оприлюднювала офіційних коментарів про рішення заблокувати Signal.

На Донбасі поранений український військовий, делегація Києва в ТКГ анонсує позачергове засідання
О 16 годині 25 січня в режимі відеоконференції планується початок позачергового засідання Підгрупи з безпеки в Тристоронній контактній групі, повідомляє Українська делегація для участі в ТКГ.
«Зранку снайпером окупаційних військ важко поранено українського бійця, також пошкоджено з використанням ПТРК один з жилих будинків на лінії розмежування», – повідомляє делегація.
За повідомленням, представники України в ТКГ планують надати відповідну реакцію на порушення режиму припинення вогню.
Раніше делегація повідомила, що близько 12 дня український військовий отримав поранення через обстріл в районі Золотого. Йому надано медичну допомогу, але стан важкий.
Із 00:01 27 липня 2020 року на Донбасі набрала чинності чергова домовленість про «повне та всеосяжне припинення вогню».

Збройний конфлікт на Донбасі триває від 2014 року після російської окупації Криму. Україна і Захід звинувачують Росію у збройній підтримці бойовиків. Кремль відкидає ці звинувачення і заявляє, що на Донбасі можуть перебувати хіба що російські «добровольці».
За даними ООН, від квітня 2014-го до 31 липня 2020 року внаслідок збройного конфлікту на Донбасі загинули від 13 100 до 13 300 людей.

Ексголова НКРЕКП Вовк заявляє, що «Інтерпол» відмовився оголосити його в розшук
Колишній голова Національної комісії, яка здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, Дмитро Вовк заявив, що отримав сповіщення про відсутність своїх даних у базі «Інтерполу». Про це він повідомив 25 січня на своїй Фейсбук-сторінці.
Він уточнив, що розгляд цього питання тривав майже півтора роки.
«Рішення про видалення було прийняте на 114-ій сесії Комісії з Контролю за Файлами Інтерполу (відбувалась 05-09 жовтня 2020 року) та є логічним продовженням їх попереднього рішення від 21 лютого 2020 року про превентивне блокування запиту НАБУ щодо мене», – стверджує Вовк.
Він оприлюднив документ на бланку «Інтерполу», в якому зазначено наступне: «станом на сьогодні, пан Вовк Дмитро, народжений 28 березня 1989, не є суб’єктом Повідомлень або розсилок «Інтерполу».

За твердженням Вовка, генеральний секретаріат установи вже закликав національні поліцейські бюро оновити національні бази.
У базі «Інтерполу» немає даних про розшук громадянина України Дмитра Вовка.
Національне антикорупційне бюро та Спеціалізована антикорупційна прокуратура наразі публічно не коментували цю інформацію.
У листопаді 2019 року Спеціалізована антикорупційна прокуратура повідомила, що апеляційна палата Вищого антикорупційного суду заочно заарештувала колишнього голову НКРЕКП Дмитра Вовка.
Дмитро Вовк внесений до бази даних розшукуваних осіб Міністерства внутрішніх справ. Датою його зникнення зазначене 14 липня 2019 року. У вересні 2019 року голова САП Назар Холодницький заявив, що Вовк перебуває в Брюсселі.

У серпні 2019 року детективи НАБУ повідомили про підозру шістьом особам, причетним до запровадження так званої формули «Роттердам+». Серед них був і колишній голова НКРЕКП Дмитро Вовк. Він очолював комісію з грудня 2014 по червень 2018 року.
Як вказано у повідомленні НАБУ, цих людей підозрюють у вчиненні дій, в результаті яких споживачам електроенергії завдано збитків на суму майже 19 мільярдів гривень.

Зеленський розраховує «на жорстку реакцію» через напад на українського підлітка в Парижі
Україна робить все для допомоги постраждалому від нападу українському підлітку в столиці Франції Парижі, заявив президент України Володимир Зеленський у телеграмі.
«Ще 15 січня у Парижі жорстоко побили нашого хлопця – українця, підлітка. Хто це зробив? Судячи з відео, такі ж підлітки або трохи старші. Десять на одного. У них була арматура, холодна зброя. І в них була мета – вбивати, калічити, нівечити. Юрій з друзями повертався зі школи, коли на них напали», – написав Зеленський.
За його даними, хлопець досі у важкому стані з численними травмами. Лікарі обережні у своїх прогнозах, «але є підстави сподіватися, що він одужає».
«Знайти й покарати нападників. Це навіть не просто наша вимога, це питання цивілізованості. У будь-якій країні такий напад заслуговує на жорстку реакцію держави. Посольство України у Франції залучене до цієї ситуації. Українська держава зробить усе, щоб Юрій та його родина отримали необхідну допомогу, а розслідування – необхідні стимули», – додав Зеленський.
Представники української громади у Франції писали, що інцидент стався неподалік Ейфелевої вежі. Невідомі напали на компанію студентів, не вдалося втекти лише українцеві. 21 січня, за повідомленнями у ЗМІ, хлопцеві виповнилося 15 років.
